About Me

I believe growth happens when insight and connection meet action — in life and in business.

I began my career at Deloitte Consulting, helping Fortune 100 companies navigate organizational change and implement people-centered strategies. Later, as an Operations Manager at a creative content startup, I built systems and processes that supported smoother workflows and sustainable growth.

Over time, I realized the part of my work I loved most — helping people understand themselves and how they function best. That led me to pursue training as a mental health therapist, studying systems theory and the dynamics that shape relationships, teams, and organizations.

Today, I bring both worlds together: the pragmatism and strategy of consulting paired with the empathy and relational insight of therapy.

Beyond the Office

I grew up in Northern Indiana as the youngest of six children, in a family shaped by both love and significant challenges. Those early experiences taught me about resilience, connection, and the impact of the systems we’re born into — themes that eventually guided me toward becoming a therapist.

In adulthood, I’ve lived many different lives in many different places: South Carolina, New York City, Chicago, and now Nashville, with time spent in France, Southern Africa, Israel, and Jordan. Each of these places expanded my understanding of people, perspectives, and the many ways we learn to belong.

Friendship and chosen family are cornerstones of my life. I believe deeply in restoration — not the kind that happens all at once, but the slow, steady healing that comes from being truly seen. My own individual and group therapy over the past eight years has also been a place of meaningful transformation, and it shapes the grounded, relational approach I bring to therapy and consulting.

Outside of work, I’m often moving my body or spending time outdoors — running, cycling, playing tennis or Spikeball, or practicing hot yoga. I'm anchored by slow mornings, good books, conversations with friends, and traveling.
