Therapy for Relationships, Clarity, and What Comes Next

Maybe you're sitting with a feeling that your life doesn't quite reflect who you are — questioning your career path, craving deeper friendships, navigating a major life transition, or wondering if your day-to-day aligns with what you value. Maybe you're navigating a breakup, working on a relationship that feels out of sync, or looking to build a stronger foundation with your partner before problems arise.

I work with clients who want more meaning, clarity, and connection. Therapy with me is casual and direct, with a healthy dose of humor — I think therapy works best when it's honest, a little uncomfortable at times, and actually moves you forward.

How I Work

Some sessions are more guided while others are more open-ended. I view your intuition as an important guide to the therapy process.

My training is in systems theory, which means I think about people in context — your relationships, your patterns, the dynamics that keep showing up in your life.

  • Bowenian Therapy — looking at family patterns and how they show up in your current relationships and sense of self

  • Restoration Therapy — helping you understand your core emotional patterns and how they drive your responses in relationships

  • The Gottman Method — practical tools for building communication, trust, and connection

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) — making sense of the different parts of you to create harmony within yourself

My therapeutic approach is relational, depth-oriented, and practical, integrating approaches such as:
